Drilling Tools (Standard Steel Grades):

  • Types: Drill collars, stabilizers, shock absorbers, jars.Grades: 4130 (30CrMoA), 4140 (42CrMo), 4145H (45CrMo).

  • Dimensions: Customizable lengths (up to 12m) and diameters (50–300mm).

  • Applications: Deep wells, directional drilling, high-load drilling.

  • Features: High tensile strength (≥950 MPa), wear resistance, fatigue life >10,000 cycles.



Completion Tools (Specialty Steel Grades):

A. Corrosion-Resistant Profiles

  • Materials: 316L (austenitic), 2205 (duplex), Incoloy 825 (nickel-based).

  • Grades: S31603, S32205, N08825.

  • Applications: Sour gas wells (H₂S >5%), CO₂-rich reservoirs.

  • Features: Resistance to pitting (PRE >40), cryogenic (-196°C), and erosion.

B. High-Temperature Profiles

  • Materials: Inconel 625, Hastelloy C276.

  • Temperature Range: -250°C to 1100°C.

Workover Tools:
