Bimetal Composite Pipe

Composite materials have become the development trend of various industries in the world due to their comprehensive compatibility of different material and outstanding performance and economic performance. Because of the perfect combination of corrosion-resistant alloy layer function and pressure resistance function of carbon steel base, as well as the cost advantage compared with stainless steel and nickel alloy pure metal pipes, bimetal composite pipe has been widely used in the oil and gas transmission pipeline of high-temperature, high-pressure and high-corrosion environment (hydrogen sulfide, chloride ion).

In order to meet the requirements of different working conditions, Xinxing's composite pipes are produced by two processes, that is mechanical composite and metallurgical composite, providing a comprehensive and systematic overall pipeline solution for oil and gas gathering and transportation.
